The pool area is fantastic, especially for kids with the lazy river and water slide. Check-in was a bit confusing; had to go to the other property first. The game room had several machines, but some were out of order. Breakfast options were consistent but could use more variety. Overall a decent stay.

The lazy river and pool area were fantastic for the kids. The indoor pool was freezing, making it hard to enjoy. Overall, a clean place. The arcade was fun, but the breakfast options felt repetitive during our stay.

I highly enjoyed my stay, as this hotel is right in the center of everything to do in Pigeon Forge, with popular attractions like Dollywood, Ripley's Believe it or Not, and various museums just a short drive away, making it easy to explore the area without hassle; I appreciated that some places were even within a leisurely 10-minute walk, plus the outdoor pools and helpful staff made my visit even more enjoyable, although the rooms could use a bit of deep cleaning to elevate the experience.

Location was awesome, just a stone's throw away from the main area. Loved being close to everything and having the river view out back. The pools were fantastic, and the lazy river was a hit - perfect for relaxing. the complimentary breakfast was always hot and fresh, with plenty of options to choose from.
The noise from the traffic, especially loud cars and motorcycles, could be bothersome at night. the air conditioner blowing directly on the bed was a bit uncomfortable.

The water pressure in the shower was fantastic, and it heated up quickly. the showerhead felt dated and could use an upgrade; at 6'4, my husband struggled to fit under it. Our room had a lovely view, and temperature control was satisfactory. The friendly staff promptly addressed issues like the broken phone and refrigerator. Still, the cleaning service was inconsistent, only making our bed once during the week.

The lobby’s beauty and the stunning river view from the room were highlights. The outdoor heated pool was warmer than the chilly indoor one, perfect for relaxing. the front desk staff lacked training; it took three calls to fix a broken balcony door. The breakfast was decent but could use more variety—fresh fruit and bacon would’ve been nice. Our check-in was confusing, and we had to move to the Inn across the street. Some areas need updates. Despite the bumps, the ambiance was enjoyable, and I would consider staying again.

Check-in was a nightmare. The night staff were rude and dismissive, treating guests like an inconvenience. My husband struggled to sleep in late after paying for late checkout, only to be disturbed by cleaning staff knocking early. So frustrating!

The heating and air conditioning worked well to keep us comfortable throughout our stay, although the outdoor pool was a bit too cold for my niece's liking. The tea and coffee facilities in the room were a bit disappointing as the coffee maker didn't use K cups, which would have been more convenient for us. the in-room coffee machine wasn't cleaned properly, with dried coffee residue on the shelves. The sitting area in the room was cozy, but the carpeted floor seemed damp and smelled like it had been recently cleaned. The bathroom had free toiletries available, which was a nice touch, but the bathtub had been poorly painted, causing the paint to peel during showers. The outdoor terrace and garden furniture were lovely, although the pool area was not well-maintained. We encountered cans floating in the pool, as well as a Band-Aid and hair balls, which was quite off-putting. The game room had several out-of-order games and lacked proper upkeep. the staff was friendly, but the long wait to check-in and the confusion over the reservation details were frustrating.

The room was spotless with a stunning view from the balcony! We loved the huge, crystal-clear pool and had a blast in the awesome game room. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering tons of tasty options to fuel our day!

The room was spacious and clean, perfect for a family of five. The breakfast had a good selection including fresh waffles and fluffy scrambled eggs. It was conveniently located near various attractions and restaurants, making it easy to keep busy during our stay.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The lack of storage space and hangers in the room was inconvenient, forcing us to keep our belongings on the floor.

the location was perfect, allowing me to easily walk to nearby attractions and enjoy the beautiful river view from my clean and comfortable room. the breakfast was satisfying, although it would have been nice to have some fresh fruit and more cold cereal options.

We hit up the outdoor water parks and slid our way through the lazy river like pros. The rooms were cozy and the staff was super chill, hooking us up with all the deets on the best spots in town.
The only thing missing for us party animals was a lit nighttime pool party with cool beats and neon lights.

music road resort hotel and inn is very clean, and it's close to the main road - making it easy to get in and out. a quiet location. the front desk ladies were very nice. there were pools open until 11 pm.

Our stay at the hotel was mostly enjoyable. The internet was reliable and allowed me to work comfortably from our room. We loved the clean and hot indoor hot tub. The bed provided decent comfort and the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast may not have been amazing, but it was a convenient inclusion. The location was perfect, just slightly away from the main strip. it was a great experience.
There were a few issues during our stay. Our room smelled like smoke, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking.
